These terms govern your use of sudhinamchits.com, operated by Sudhinam Chits Private Limited, Padinjaragadi, Ponnani-Edappal Road, Palakkad District – 679552, Kerala, India. Using the site means accepting them.

Read them alongside the disclaimer, which explains what this site is and what the calculator is; the privacy policy, which covers personal information; and the cookie policy, which covers what is kept on your device.

2. What you may do here

Read the pages, use the calculator, and contact us. You may print or quote from the site provided the quotation is accurate, is not misleading as to context, and identifies sudhinamchits.com as the source.

You may not use the site in a way that breaks the law; interfere with its operation or security; try to reach parts of it or of any connected system that are not made available to you; introduce malicious code; or extract its content systematically by automated means for republication, resale or the training of an automated system.

3. The status of what is published

Everything here is general information about chits and about this company. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, it is not an offer, and it does not create any obligation on us to admit you to a chit.

Where a chit exists, its chit agreement governs the relationship and prevails over anything on this website. If you find a conflict between the two, rely on the agreement and tell us about the discrepancy.

No page promises an outcome. A chit has no rate of return; the dividend in a period depends on the discount bid in that period, and a period with no bid produces no dividend. The calculator illustrates arithmetic on figures you supply and is not a quotation.

4. Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not make you a member of anything and does not oblige us to accept you into a chit. We may decline, and will normally say why.

Do not send identity documents, bank details or account numbers through this website or by email. They are not needed to answer an enquiry and we will not ask for them by those channels.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send and for having the right to send it. We aim to reply to every enquiry in writing.

Membership of a chit begins only when a chit agreement has been signed. Nothing said in correspondence, and nothing on this website, is a substitute for that document.

5. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of this website at any time, and we may amend these terms. The version published here is the one in force and the date at its head records when it last changed.

We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The website being unavailable has no bearing on the operation of a chit, which runs on its agreement and not on this site.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the law that applies to you, we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from using, or being unable to use, this website, or from relying on anything published on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing affects rights you have under a chit agreement or under mandatory law.

Where you follow a link to another website, its terms govern your use of it and we accept no responsibility for its content.

7. General

If any provision here is found unenforceable, the rest continue to apply, and a delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.

This website is operated from Kerala, India. If you access it from elsewhere you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with the law that applies to you.
